Drop 01 Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Drop 01 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by John McDonald ("Sponsor"), 41 Hudson Rd, Fountain Inn, SC 29644, who operates the online store "Your Mom's Shop" at yourmomsshop.com (the "Store"). The Sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or Shopify.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and of TX Media, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins August 21, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends October 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and both have an equal chance of winning:

(a) Purchase entry. Make a qualifying purchase at the Store during the Sweepstakes Period and automatically receive one hundred (100) entries for each U.S. dollar spent, calculated on the pre-tax merchandise total, after discounts and excluding shipping. Designated entry packs award a fixed multiple of the pack price in entries: Bronze (200x the pack price), Silver (300x), Gold (500x), and Platinum (600x). For example, a $25 Bronze pack awards 5,000 entries. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning versus the free method below.

(b) Free entry (no purchase necessary). During the Sweepstakes Period, receive one (1) entry at no cost by adding the "1 Free Entry" item ($0.00) to your cart at yourmomsshop.com/free-entry and completing the $0.00 checkout with your name and a valid email address. Limit: one (1) free entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. This is an online free method of entry; no mail-in entry is offered.

5. Entry Conditions

All entries must include a valid name and email address. Entries generated by automated, robotic, macro, or scripted means, or that otherwise violate these Official Rules, are void. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or acted in violation of these Official Rules.

6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: a complete welding setup consisting of a Miller Millermatic MIG welder, an auto-darkening welding helmet, and a loaded rolling tool chest. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,150 USD. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion (for example, substituting a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about October 21, 2026, the winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor with a TX Media representative present to witness the draw. The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond or to return required documents within the stated time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize.

9. General Conditions and Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, TX Media, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; for technical, hardware, software, network, or Internet failures of any kind; or for any error in the collection, processing, or retention of entry information. If the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned due to causes beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prize from eligible entries received up to that point.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy, available at yourmomsshop.com/privacy-policy.

13. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after October 21, 2026 to: John McDonald, 41 Hudson Rd, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the draw date.
